Analytics & Metrics

Monitor your AI assistant's performance and conversation metrics

Overview

The Analytics dashboard provides insights into your AI assistant's performance, conversation volumes, and channel activity. Access analytics from the sidebar in the Happ dashboard.

Dashboard Metrics

The main dashboard shows key performance indicators:

  • Total Conversations — Number of conversations handled across all channels
  • Active Conversations — Currently ongoing conversations
  • Messages Sent — Total messages sent by the AI assistant
  • Channel Distribution — Breakdown of conversations by channel
  • Token Usage — AI tokens consumed in the current billing period

Channel Analytics

View metrics per channel to understand where your customers are:

  • Conversations per channel (Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Viber)
  • Message volume over time

Token & Usage Monitoring

Track your resource consumption:

  • Token usage — Monitor how many AI tokens you've used against your plan limit
  • Per-message breakdown — View input/output tokens and which model was used for each message (visible in the Conversation View)
  • Active integrations — See which channels are actively processing messages

For billing-specific usage details, see Billing & Plans > Token Usage.

Voice Analytics

If using the voice assistant:

  • Call volume and duration
  • Call recordings and transcriptions
  • Keyword analysis (available on higher plans)

Optimization Tips

  1. Review conversations — Regularly check the Chat Dashboard to identify where the assistant struggles and improve your knowledge base
  2. Monitor token usage — If approaching your limit, switch to more efficient models (GPT-4o Mini, Gemini Flash) or optimize prompts
  3. Channel focus — Invest in channels with the highest conversation volume
  4. Knowledge gaps — When the assistant can't answer common questions, add entries to the Knowledge Base
  5. Tool efficiency — Review tool call patterns to ensure tools are being triggered correctly
