Companies & Workspaces

Create and manage company workspaces for team collaboration

What is a Company?

A company (workspace) is the top-level organizational unit in Happ. Everything — assistants, integrations, chats, knowledge bases, billing, and team members — belongs to a company.

Creating a Company

  1. After signing in, click Create Company (or it's the first step after registration)
  2. Enter your company name
  3. Select your preferred language
  4. Click Create

You can create multiple companies to manage different businesses or departments separately.

Company Settings

Navigate to Settings in the sidebar to manage your company:

General

  • Company Name — The display name for your workspace
  • Language — Default language for the company
  • Timezone — Company timezone for analytics and scheduling

Team Management

  • View all team members and their roles
  • Invite new members via email
  • Remove team members when needed

See Account Management > Team Members for details.

Data & Privacy

  • Export company data
  • Delete company (irreversible — removes all associated data)

Data Isolation

Each company operates independently:

  • Assistants created in one company are not visible to others
  • Integrations (Telegram, Instagram, etc.) are company-specific
  • Chats and conversations are isolated per company
  • Billing is managed per company
  • Knowledge bases belong to their company
  • Tools are configured per assistant, per company
  • Phone numbers are assigned per company

Multi-Company Workflow

If you manage multiple businesses:

  1. Create a separate company for each business
  2. Configure assistants and integrations independently
  3. Switch between companies using the company selector in the sidebar
  4. Each company has its own billing plan and usage limits
